It will be quiet in Rotterdam on King's Day 2020. But in the middle of the Middelland district is a small city oasis where you can still hear the wonderful sound of live music. There is a beautiful communal courtyard garden that is large enough to have a performance, taking into account the social distancing rules (we discussed this with the local law enforcement).
The audience can HEAR the concert from their balconies and at the same time they can SEE it through a video live stream on their phone or tablet. This creates a vertical “festival site” that can also be followed worldwide via the interwebs.
